Our practice provides individualized outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, and families seeking support with emotional, behavioral, and relational concerns.
We work with individuals experiencing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioral concerns, and family or relationship stressors.
We are particularly committed to improving access to in-person mental health services for children and families within our community.
Our clinicians utilize evidence-based, developmentally appropriate, and person-centered approaches to support each client's individual needs and treatment goals.
We strive to create a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment where clients feel respected, understood, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.
Services are available in person at our Clinton Township office, with telehealth options available when clinically appropriate. Services and appointment availability vary by clinician.
Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming. At Epoch Expressions, LLC, we strive to make the process of beginning services as straightforward and welcoming as possible.
Step 1: Contact Our Office
Individuals and families interested in services are encouraged to contact Epoch Expressions to inquire about current availability, services offered, and potential clinician matches.
Step 2: Insurance & Service Information
Before scheduling, our team can assist with reviewing accepted insurance plans, payment options, and general information regarding the cost of services.
Insurance coverage, clinician participation, and individual benefits may vary. Clients are encouraged to verify their specific benefits and financial responsibilities with their insurance provider.
Step 3: Initial Appointment
Once services are scheduled, clients will receive information regarding required intake documentation and what to expect during their initial appointment.
The first appointment provides an opportunity for the clinician to learn more about the client's concerns, relevant history, strengths, and goals for treatment.
For children and adolescents, parent or guardian participation may be incorporated as clinically appropriate.
Step 4: Individualized Treatment
Following the initial assessment, the clinician and client will collaboratively identify treatment goals and develop an individualized plan of care.
Throughout treatment, progress and goals are reviewed and adjusted based on the client's needs, preferences, and clinical progress.
